Bachelor of Business Management, or related field

Certificate of Microsoft Office (Excel)

Foreign Language

English (minimum intermediate level)

Job Descriptions

· Assist Manager to prepare/check employee data for calculation of monthly payroll

· Monitor and report weekly/monthly the attendance and work performance of all employees

· Maintain and update human resources data (personal information, labor contract and other relevant documents)

· Process the recruitment of new employee

· Prepare employment contract and guide newly recruited employee

· Liaise with external partners on issues relating human resources management.

· Other tasks assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email…)
  • Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
  • Knowledge of human resources management
  • Team work, good communication and inter-personnel skills
  • Honesty, work responsibility, withstand pressure and challenges
  • Dynamic, creative, good logical thinking
