Cambodia Angkor Air needs to recruit new employee, who meets the following terms and conditions:

Job Descriptions
· Assist Manager to prepare/check employee data for calculation of monthly payroll
· Monitor and report weekly/monthly the attendance and work performance of all employees
· Maintain and update human resources data (personal information, labor contract and other relevant documents)
· Process the recruitment of new employee
· Prepare employment contract and guide newly recruited employee
· Liaise with external partners on issues relating human resources management.
· Other tasks assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email…)
- Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
- Knowledge of human resources management
- Team work, good communication and inter-personnel skills
- Honesty, work responsibility, withstand pressure and challenges
- Dynamic, creative, good logical thinking
