Details Refund Policy:
Ticket will be allowed to refund with charge as below conditions:
- Duplicated ticket issue will be allowed to refund with charge as:
- Passenger must submit request to online helpdesk attached with both tickets for reference.
- Passenger request refund by email less than 05 days after purchase ticket will be charge 25% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger request refund by email from greater than 05 days after purchase ticket but not less than 20 days before departure will be charged 50% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger request refund by email less than 20 days before departure flight will be charged 100%.
- Passenger get positive or uncertain result in any Covid-19 Test (PCR or Rapid), refund will be allowed with charge of 50% of all-in fare of ticket
- Passenger who cannot get blue or green code from embassy, refund will be allowed with charged 50% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger who rejected to travel by Cambodia authorities, refund will be allowed with charged 50% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger get any problem include serious health problem, pass-away, or accident ticket will be allowed to refund with charge 05% of all-in fare of ticket and need to attach with legalized document for proof.
- Passenger who purchase ticket online and wish to refund, must submit request to K6’s helpdesk at the email: helpdesk_online_2@cambodiaangkorair.com and attach with reference.
- Passenger who purchase ticket at BOC’s office and wish to refund, must submit request to email: lina@angkor-air.com or visit BOC’s office attach with reference.
Ticket is non-refund for any passenger as following:
- No show at hotel check-in for self-isolation and unable to show the positive or uncertain result of covid-19 test.
- No show at airport check-in counter and unable to show the positive/uncertain or red code of embassy or any rejected letter by authorithy.
