Details Refund Policy for flights Phnom Penh to Zhengzhou
Ticket will be allowed to refund with charge as the following condition:
- Passenger who is infected by Covid-19 before first PCR test, and attach with the test result of any recognized laboratory by Ministry of Health, the refund fee will be charged 5% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Duplicated ticket issue will be allowed to refund with charge as follows:
- Passenger must submit request to online helpdesk attached with both tickets for reference.
- Passenger request refund by email from 01 to 03 days after purchase ticket will be charge 25% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger request refund by email from 04 to 07 days after purchase ticket will be charged 50% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger request refund by email more than 07 days after purchase ticket will be charged 100% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger who gets positive result during first PCR test at NIPH:
- Passenger request refund to K6 from 01 to 02 days after receiving first covid PCR test result will be charged 5% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger request refund to K6 from 03 to 04 days after receiving first covid PCR test result will be charged 10% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger request refund to K6 from 05 to 09 days after receiving first covid PCR test result will be charged 30% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger request refund to K6 more than 09 days after receiving first covid PCR test result will be charged 100% of all-in fare of ticket.
- Passenger who gets positive from the second test will be charged 50% of all-in fare.
- Passenger who purchases ticket online and wish to refund, must submit request to K6’s helpdesk support at the email: helpdesk_online_2@cambodiaangkorair.com
and attach with photo of positive covid test result.
Ticket is non-refund for any passenger who cannot show positive covid test result or no-show at check-in hotel for self-isolation or no-show at check-in counter.
