Cambodia Angkor Air needs to recruit a new employee, who meets the following terms and conditions:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field (minimum requirement, an upper degree is an advantage)

Foreign Language

Intermediate level in English (minimum requirement, an upper level is an advantage)

Intermediate level in Chinese (minimum requirement, an upper level is an advantage)

 

 

Job Descriptions

  • Provide administrative support to the department chief, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Prepare, review, and manage department documents, reports, and presentation
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining department records and files, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments (General Admin, HR, Finance) for various administrative requirements
  • Support the planning and execution of branding & PR events, including logistics, communications, and documentation
  • Handle internal and external communications, including drafting emails, memos, and reports
  • Assist in managing the department’s budget, including expense tracking and reporting
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables as needed
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle procurement for department needs
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the department chief.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
