Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive inflight advertising and corporate partnerships
- Collaborate with the branding and digital marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns that support inflight advertising and partnership initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of inflight advertising with broader marketing goals.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against targets and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for inflight advertising and partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution and delivery of inflight advertising campaigns.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the client base.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, sponsorships, and campaigns that align with Cambodia Angkor Air’s strategic goals.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or advertisement
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, especially in a B2B environment.
- Experience in the airline or advertising industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent understanding of inflight advertising or corporate partnerships.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage high-stakes partnerships.
- Proactive and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organization and multitasking capability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and adjust sales strategies.
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
