Signing Ceremony on Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Cooperation

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី០៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរជាតិ កម្ពុជា អង្គរ អ៊ែរ ចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់ ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាមួយ​​​ ក្រុមហ៊ុនបីទៀតរួមមាន៖

• ក្រុមហ៊ុន​ Angkor International Airport Investment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (AIAI)
• ក្រុមហ៊ុន Yunnan Airinvestment (Cambodia) Airport Management Co., Ltd.  (YACA)
• ក្រុមហ៊ុន 7trip International Co., Ltd.។

ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខានេះ បានធ្វើឡើងក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម តឹករ៉េត សំរេច, រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកអមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការអាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិសៀមរាប ជាមួយនឹងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រុមហ៊ុនដូចជា លោក Wang Dong អនុប្រធានក្រុមហ៊ុន Yunnan Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd (YIG), លោក Lu Wei ប្រធានក្រុមហ៊ុន AIAI, លោក Zou Yuhui ប្រធានក្រុមហ៊ុន YACA លោក Luu Minh Chung នាយកក្រុមហ៊ុន អាកាសចរជាតិ កម្ពុជា អង្គរ អ៊ែរ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រុមហ៊ុននីមួយៗជាច្រើនរូបទៀត។

ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខានេះបង្ហាញអោយឃើញថា ជាមូលដ្ឋាននៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមួយ ដោយឈរលើគោលការណ៍ផ្ដល់ផលប្រយោជន៍រួម ការចែករំលែកគ្នា និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍រួមគ្នា ដើម្បីអោយអាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិអង្គរថ្មីដ៏ទំនើបនេះ ក្លាយជាអាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិចម្បងមួយក្នុងតំបន់ និងសំរាប់តភ្ជាប់ជាមួយដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់ (RCEP) ដោយអាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិអង្គរនេះ នឹងផ្ដល់សក្ដានុពលដ៏សំខាន់សំរាប់ ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកលើកស្ទួយវិស័យទេសចរណ៍នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

Phnom Penh: October 04^th, 2022 Cambodia Angkor Air held the Signing Ceremony on Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Cooperation with Three Major Companies, including:

• Angkor International Airport Investment (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (AIAI)
• Yunnan Airinvestment (Cambodia) Airport Management Co., Ltd. (YACA)
• 7trip International Co., Ltd.

The signing ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Tekreth Samrach, The Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister and Chairman of the Siem Reap International Airport Committee, with the management team of the company, including Mr. Wang Dong, Vice President of Yunnan Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd (YIG), Mr. Lu Wei, Chairman of AIAI, Mr. Zou Yuhui, Chairman of YACA, Mr. Luu Minh Chung, CEO of Cambodia Angkor Air, and many other executives from various companies.

This Signing Ceremony on Strategic Cooperation Memorandum proves to be the basis of cooperation based on the principles of mutual benefit, sharing and joint development to make this new modern Angkor International Airport a major international airport in the region and become a link between Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) member countries as this Angkor International Airport will significantly and potentially contribute to the development of tourism in Cambodia.
