Cambodia Angkor Air needs to recruit new employee, who meets the following terms and conditions:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic business representative! You will become the head of the Japanese business team, providing support for handling all business and marketing activities, and enhancing the advantages of our partners in the Japanese market. You will work closely with the Commercial Department team of Air Cambodia Air Co.,Ltd and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of Air Cambodia's operations in Japan.

Job Descriptions

1. Collaborate with the headquarters business department team, China operations team, and Japan team to establish and manage good business relationships with Japan GSA and other external business partners, maximize sales in Japan, and increase flight revenue;

与总部商务部团队、中国区经营团队和日本团队合作，负责日本GSA及其他外部业务合作伙伴建立并管理良好的业务关系，最大限度地提高日本的销售额，提高航班收益；

2. Responsible for collecting and analyzing information on the local industry environment, passenger demand, market situation, competitive dynamics, etc., to provide reference for the headquarters to formulate development strategies and marketing policies for Japanese routes;

负责对当地相关行业环境、旅客需求、市场情况、竞争动态等方面的信息进行收集分析，为总部制定日本航线发展战略和营销政策提供参考；

3. Responsible for local sales operations and contract customer development in Japan; Responsible for collaborating with Japan's GSA to implement agency channels, customer product training, market promotion, and other related tasks within the jurisdiction;

负责日本当地的销售业务、协议客户开发等相关工作；负责与日本GSA合作，落实辖区代理渠道、客户的产品培训、市场推广等工作；

4. Responsible for formulating freight rates, policies, and products for routes originating from Japan, promptly reporting to headquarters on freight rates, rules, settlements, intermodal transportation, and other issues in flight operations and channel sales organizations, and assisting in resolving them;

负责日本始发航线的运价、政策、产品制定，及时向总部汇报航班经营和渠道销售组织中存在的运价、规则、结算、联运等问题并协助解决；

5. Support the Japanese team to simplify business processing procedures according to the policies and requirements of Air Cambodia Co.,LTD, provide an efficient communication mechanism for Air Cambodia Co.,LTD in the Japanese region, and maintain loyalty;

支持日本团队根据柬国航的政策和要求简化业务处理流程，提供柬国航在日本地区的高效沟通机制，并保持忠诚度；

6. Support the commercial activities of Air Cambodia Co.,LTD in Japan and be responsible for ensuring that its business operations comply with Japanese laws and regulations; Responsible for assisting Japan's GSA in applying to the government for the Air Cambodia Co.,LTD flight.

支持柬国航在日本的商业活动，负责柬国航的经营活动符合日本法律规范；负责协助日本GSA对柬国航航班向政府的申请工作。

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/degree in any discipline;

任何学科的文凭/学位；

2. Sales/business experience in the aviation industry;

相关航空业的销售/商业经验；

3. Strong Japanese and English language proficiency; Chinese proficiency is preferred;

较强的日语、英语语言能力；具备中文能力优先；

4. Able to cope with fast-paced work environments, maintain a calm and clear mind in times of

crisis to support sales operations;

5. Proactive, strong communication skills, and a strong team spirit;
