Job Description: |
· Develop and implement client acquisition strategies leveraging market research and networking to convert leads into sales and meet revenue goals. · Identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and cultivate alliances with industry stakeholders to expand market presence. · Manage in-flight advertising campaigns, coordinating with creative teams, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness and ROI. · Marketing collateral development and collaboration and oversee creation of marketing collateral for client acquisition and partnership initiatives. Ensure materials are compelling, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. · Collaboration and Market Insights and work with internal teams to align client acquisition strategies with business objectives. Provide strategic insights and market feedback for product development and service enhancements. · Budget Management manages budgets for client acquisition, partnership initiatives, and in-flight advertising campaigns. Ensure effective resource allocation and cost management. · Reporting and Performance Analysis and establishing KPIs and metrics for client acquisition efforts. Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management. |
Job Requirement: |
· Minimum 2 years of proven experience in client acquisition, partnership development, and/or advertising management. · Strong negotiation skills demonstrated by successful deal closures and partnership formations. · Desirable experience in managing advertising campaigns, exceptional communication skills, analytical proficiency, and a strategic problem-solving approach for dynamic environments. |
