Qualification (Minimum)

No major restrictions, marketing, mathematical statistics, science and engineering majors are preferred, with a bachelor's degree 专业不限,市场营销、数学统计学、理工科类专业优先,本科学历

Foreign Language

Upper-intermediate level in English (minimum requirement, an upper level is an advantage)

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and standard Mandarin;fluency in Cantonese is an advantage.

Job Descriptions

Job responsibilities: Responsible for flight management of the managed routes and jointly

achieving flight sales targets. Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

工作职责:负责所辖航线的航班管理,共同完成航班销售目标。具体工作包括但不限于:

1. Develop a flight sales plan, analyze market supply and demand, establish reasonable sales expectations, such as determining the minimum opening price for individual passengers and the

sales ratio for team customers;

制定航班销售预案,通过分析市场供求,建立合理的销售预期,比如确定散客的开舱底价,团队客源的销售配比等;

2. Monitor the sales situation of flights and adjust flight sales strategies in a timely manner, such as adjusting the price and quantity of flight seats based on comprehensive factors such as the

speed of boarding progress, changes in competitive airline prices, and team boarding situations;

监控航班销售情况并及时调整航班销售策略,如基于上客进度快慢、竞航价格变动、团队上客情况等综合因素、及时调整航班的舱位投放价格和数量;

3. Summarize and review the process of flight sales, such as analyzing the gains and losses in flight management, as well as the customer source structure, market cyclical changes, and

characteristics of flights;

对航班销售过程进行总结复盘,如分析航班管理时的得失,以及航班的客源结构、市场周期性变化和特点等;

4. Collaborate with the channel sales team to develop team sales strategies; Assist the supervisor in improving work methods and standardizing various work procedures.

协同渠道销售组,制定团队销售策略;协助主管领导改进工作方法、规范各项工作程序。

5. Establish a good coordination relationship with competing airlines according to sales needs.

根据销售需要,与竞航建立良好协调关系。

Job Requirements

1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, fluent in Cantonese, and standard Mandarin;

全日制本科及以上学历,英语听说读写流利、粤语流利、普通话标准;

2. No major restrictions, marketing, mathematical statistics, or science and engineering majors are preferred.

专业不限,市场营销、数学统计学、理工科类专业优先。

3. More than one year of work experience in relevant positions in airlines is preferred;

一年以上航空公司相关岗位工作经历优先;

4. Proficient in using Office, skilled in Excel, and possessing strong data processing abilities.

熟练使用Office,擅长Excel,具备较强数据处理能力。

5. Having market sensitivity and numerical sensitivity, good analytical skills, judgment, and pressure bearing ability;

具备市场敏锐性及数字敏感性,良好的分析能力,判断力,承压能力;

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Having the qualities of honesty, diligence, and self-improvement.

极好的沟通能力,团队协作能力;拥有诚实、勤奋、上进品质。

7. Work location: Shenzhen, China
