Job Descriptions
- Develop and Execute Client Acquisition Strategies:
- Devise and implement effective strategies to identify and acquire new clients for service offerings.
- Utilize market research, networking, and targeted outreach to generate leads and build a robust client pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Formulate Partnership and Cooperation Initiatives:
- Identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities to enhance service offerings and market presence.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and performance metrics, to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Foster strategic alliances with industry stakeholders, associations, and complementary service providers to expand market reach.
- Manage In-Flight Advertisement Campaigns:
- Develop and execute advertising strategies tailored for in-flight environments, targeting captive audiences effectively.
- Coordinate with creative teams and media agencies to produce compelling advertisements aligned with brand messaging and service objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize advertisement effectiveness and ROI.
- Drive Marketing Collateral Development:
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, and promotional materials, to support client acquisition and partnership initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials are compelling, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product management, operations, and finance, to align client acquisition strategies with business objectives and operational capabilities.
- Provide strategic insights and market feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Monitor Industry Trends and Competitive Landscape:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments related to service marketing, partnerships, and in-flight advertising.
- Analyze market dynamics and customer insights to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management:
- Manage budgets allocated for client acquisition, partnership initiatives, and in-flight advertising campaigns.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and cost management to achieve desired business outcomes while optimizing ROI.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of client acquisition efforts, partnership initiatives, and advertising campaigns.
- Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in client acquisition, partnership development, and/or advertising management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and forging partnerships.
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns, including in-flight or captive audience environments, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive informed decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
