Currently, Cambodia Angkor Air is in the process of purchasing new ATR, and finance lease the aircraft through Sale & Lease Back transactions. In the way to do it, we are looking for a qualified law firm with experienced lawyers to assist us with contractual documents in compliance with laws, regulations.

Please kindly find below requested information for our further cooperation. Mainly need your certification / successful cases passed through/ price charge standard etc. 

Requested conditions for hiring a lawyer firm:

1. Qualification and experience: The law firm must have rich experience and qualification in dealing with aviation and aircraft leasing legal affairs.

2. Team strength: There is an experienced team of lawyers, especially in aviation leasing and financing has expertise and rich practical experience.

3. Scope of services: including drafting, reviewing, negotiating lease contracts, providing tax, compliance, financing, and other legal advice.

4. Fee structure: Provide a transparent and reasonable fee scheme.

5. Past performance: Show successful cases and customer reputation in related fields.

6. Global competence: Ability to handle transnational legal matters and multilingual ability.
